Perfect Bind T30 thermal binding machine review
The Perfect Bind T30 is a relatively new heat on the bond arena. It 'began appearing in the market somewhere in early 2007. It provides a simple design, a decent set of features and was a great value. However, the fact that the T30 is new to the market a bit 'disturbing. With this in mind, I decided to do a T30 to take its territory and to test its features, construction and testing limits. Here is what Idiscovered.
Features:
The first thing I noticed after the T30 out of the box is that there is a lot to this computer. The box contains a sheet of a page with information on the machine in a package of shrink and two plastic bracket that attaches to the rear of the machine to cool your documents. There were no buttons on the computer (except the power button) and there were to mess with the settings. The T30 is incrediblysimple.
After a closer examination of the machine and binding some documents I have seen some features that are included in the T30. It 'an indicator that you can know when the machine is ready to commit, and both visual and auditory indicators that alerts you when the cycle link is up (it beeps and flashes). T-30 has a clock that helps you go through the documents for the right time. It also has acooling rack, which can be used to keep your documents avoiding the next set of covers.
The Perfect Bind T-30 has a capacity of an inch throat. This means it can be a few inches in a single document or multiple documents with a total thickness of an inch handles. Has a size of 12 inches aperture that the documents are designed for binding letter and that works like a grid. Just the document on the cover, the cover of the machine and waitlight and cause the machine beeps to let you know that compulsory education is complete.
Restrictions:
Using the T30 really do not notice any significant defects. However, users of T-30 because the machine does not recognize borders. Can not be used to bind documents up to twelve inches and does not work for binding documents that are thicker than a thumb. It 'was just a warm, which means that yourun across the bridge drive the car twice to ensure that they receive sufficient heat to activate the adhesive. But none of these things is really a big problem.
Construction:
T Tie the Perfect 30 is made of molded plastic just like all other thermal binding machine in its class. In the search, I have a concern about the construction. If you look at your neck, you will see that it contains two pieces of plastic,Press together and keep warm cover tightly binding the binding process. If you try to overload the T30 may be possible for the plastic parts to be damaged. And 'unlikely to be damaged. But it is something to be aware.
Recommendation:
After using the T30 to bind a series of documents, I heartily recommend that people who are looking for an inexpensive thermal binding machine. The T30 isvery easy to use and there's lots to go wrong. It is not designed for use in large quantities and are not ideal for all users. But if you are looking for a high quality thermal binding machine that will do the job and not break the bank should look at the T-30.
