We have had this machine for about 3 years. Used weekly, mostly for small jobs but occasionally something larger. Worked ok in general, but you had to be very careful to align the papers correctly and also it was hard to get the wire binding to close properly sometimes. (especially with larger booklets) Eventually a part inside the handle broke. Definitely better for light use and low quantities.
